Return and Refund Policy

The company accepts returns only under specific conditions because Vinyl products are vulnerable to handling issues.
1.1 Conditions for Accepting Returns
A return may be accepted if the customer has received the wrong product, if the product has arrived damaged during transit, or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect. The customer must submit the required evidence including the unboxing video within the designated time window. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or aesthetic dissatisfaction will not be accepted.
1.2 Detailed Return Procedure
The customer must contact support and submit all required evidence. Once the claim is verified, the company will arrange a pickup from the customer's location. The item must be repackaged securely using the original packaging materials to prevent additional damage during return transit. After the item arrives at the warehouse, a quality inspection will be performed. Only after the successful completion of this inspection will the refund be processed.
1.3 Refund Timelines and Payment Mode
Approved refunds will be initiated within five to seven working days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank's internal operations.
1.4 Deductions Applied to Refunds
If a return is approved but the reason does not fall under damage, DOA, or wrong-product delivery, the company may deduct shipping fees, payment gateway fees, and return pickup charges from the refund amount. Returns initiated due to incorrect address information may also incur deductions.
If the customer refuses to hand over the product to the pickup agent during a scheduled pickup, the return request may be cancelled and no refund will be issued. If the product is returned in a damaged state and the damage occurred due to inadequate repackaging by the customer, the refund will be denied. If a customer expresses dissatisfaction with the product purely because it does not match personal expectations, even though the product description is accurate, the return will not be accepted.
